- The tool assumes 10% of chats become an order when you reply in under 5 minutes.
- That rate drops with slower replies: 7% (5–30 min), 4% (30 min–2 h), 2% (over 2 h).
- Chats outside your reply hours count as mostly lost (2%). Assumed share outside your hours: 40% if you reply in business hours only, 15% if you also reply in the evening.
- A month is 30 days. Score = your expected orders ÷ the orders you would get replying in under 5 minutes around the clock × 100.
- These are simple assumptions for this tool, not findings from a study. Adjust them mentally for your store.
