Step 1: Blocking rules

In the fraud prevention section create a blacklisting rule. It compares orders on details like first and last name, email, phone number, street, city, province, postcode, country, company, IP address and customer ID. You also set:

Permitted strikes before the rule applies.
Sales channels and customer groups, or guests only.

Step 2: Auto-block rules

With auto-block rules a customer is blocked automatically when they:

place too many orders in a day, week or month, or
have too many failed payments.

You can choose to log a fraud suspicion first, so you review it yourself.

Step 3: Blacklist

Once you confirm a customer places fake orders, blacklist them so they cannot complete new orders.

Step 4: Bosta and cash on delivery

In the Bosta setup, select your cash on delivery methods so orders go out with the total to collect.
Turn on mark COD payments as paid when Bosta delivers, so the order closes itself.
